Our Owners

Pensacola natives Kristin and Casey Jones have always had a deep love for their hometown. Rooted in their faith and a genuine love for people, they dreamed of creating more than just a restaurant—they wanted to create a place where everyone could gather, connect, and feel at home.

The name Reservoir came to Kristin during a Bible study. She came across the idea of God as a reservoir—a source overflowing with love, hope, peace, and healing. Something about that image immediately resonated with her. That day, she knew they had found the name.

That vision became Reservoir: a place built around good food, warm hospitality, and the belief that everyone has a seat at the table, no matter their background or where they come from.

For Kristin and Casey, Reservoir is their way of investing in the city they love and creating a space where memorable meals, meaningful conversations, and genuine community can come together. Their hope is that every person who walks through the doors feels welcomed, valued, and leaves a little more full than when they arrived.

Our Chefs

Our team of chefs are hard at work behind the scenes developing our seasonal menus, creating incredible new specials, and leading our culinary team in delivering the Reservoir experience. They bring a passion for exceptional food, creative cuisine, and building high-performing teams dedicated to excellence, consistency, and outstanding guest experiences.

Our Manager

Katie Wallace has spent the past 16 years in the restaurant industry, starting her career in the corporate world and eventually making the move to a locally owned business. She loves the energy, people, and ever-changing nature of the restaurant world, and she’s always looking for ways to grow and make the experience better for both guests and her team.

Outside of work, she is all about family. Katie is a proud mother to an 11-year-old son who plays soccer, so when she's not at the restaurant, you can probably find her on the sidelines cheering him on!
